how it's made
Jewellery that’s slow-made, full of soul, and inspired by the Cornish coast.
Every piece I make begins with intention - whether it’s a one-of-a-kind engagement ring or a made-to-order everyday piece. Nothing is rushed, nothing is mass-produced. It’s just me, traditional tools, and quiet hours in my little Cornish studio.
Here’s a look at how each piece comes to life:
1. Inspired by the Wild & Worn
My designs are shaped by the textures of nature - rugged coastlines, weathered rocks, imperfect forms. I often begin with a sketch or just a spark of inspiration from a walk along the cliffs or the raw surface of a stone.
2. Designed with Meaning
Each design starts with a story - whether it’s your story or something rooted in the natural world. I create with purpose, favouring raw, organic shapes and natural imperfections over polish and perfection.
3. Crafted by Hand
Using traditional jewellery-making techniques, I saw, shape, solder, texture, and finish each piece myself. I work mainly with sterling silver and gold (often recycled), along with carefully chosen stones that fit my aesthetic: imperfect, earthy, and elegant.
No piece is ever exactly the same - and that’s what makes each one special.
4. Finished with Intention
Every mark and texture is added by hand, giving each piece its own unique feel. From a soft matte to a rough, coastal-inspired surface, the finish is part of the story.
Before your jewellery leaves my hands, it’s polished, checked, and wrapped in eco-conscious packaging ready to become part of your story.
This is slow jewellery - made with love, and made to last.
